This summit will bring together leaders to explore key permitting challenges affecting floodplain restoration and public benefit projects in Washington. Grounded in shared learning and open dialogue, the summit will highlight current constraints, include a variety of perspectives, and identify recommendations that could advance more effective, coordinated permitting processes.
